A crash early morning Friday has resulted in the death of a Guilford woman. Coming to a rest on its

O'Brien's vehicle rolled over states the press release after striking the tree.. Kellianne O'Brien according to a press release from the Vermont State Police, 53, was traveling west on the Westminster Street Highway/Interstate 91 Access Road headed towards the intersection of Back Westminster Road when her car drifted across the eastbound lane before leaving the road and striking a pine tree head on. The State Police responded to the scene at just after 4 a.m. There were no signs of emergency braking at the scene according to the crash reconstruction. O'Brien, who was the only occupant in the vehicle, was wearing a seat belt at the time of the crash and the vehicle's airbags did deploy. The weather was cloudy and warm, at the time of the crash.. The paved roadway was dry and no hazards were present. Westminster Fire and Rescue assisted at the scene. The section of the roadway where this crash occurred was closed for approximately one hour.
